A fathers day thought.

Is setting a good example eating right and exercising.

When out it's amazing to see what these FAT ASSED parents kids look just like them. It's sad and borderline child abuse. I see them loading their carts with twinkies and cookies, it's despicable. Kids learn by the example set forward by their parents.

This is one reason motivating me to keep my ass in better shape.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY WEEKEND.

****I'll be out of the forum SUN- MON enjoying fathers day at sea world and universal with the 2 year old off my ass. Also will spend some time at the hotel pool to boot swimming (and playing).

I think the sadess thing is when parents bring there kids to McDonalds or BK. I know of some parents that bring there kids there 2-3 times a week. Very sad. I have 3 kids yeah they eat there junk once in a while but its amazing how they love some fruits and veggies. They love Mangos and pomergrantes. Figures it has to be the most expensive fruits but oh well. Enjoy Sea World. Im heading to Old Orchard Beach for the weekend and most of next week.

Good post! I've been thinking about the exact same thing, but I have yet to take any action. I was also trying to link this line of thinking to Father's Day.
